What are the conditions for returns?
Is the vintage rug or patchwork vintage rug not like you wished? Does it not fit your interior? Or the size is not good? Unfortunately this can happen, but we will solve it. You can return your purchase within 14 days. The rug must of course be unused, complete and as far as possible in its original packaging. Before you send the rug back, please send us an email so we know about the return.
Can i also send custom-made patchwork rugs back?
Custom rugs is made special for you, in the specifications you wanted. Therefore custom rugs cannot be returned. We rely on your understanding.
How do I return the rug?
You can return the rug within 14 days after you received it. Please contact us by mail, so we can send you the returnspecifications. The return costs are paid by the customer. We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but always within 14 days. We advise you to check the rug thoroughly upon receipt, before removing any labels and tags.
Is it possible to cancel the purchase?
Cancelling an order is no problem except for custom patchwork rugs. When the cutom rug is ordered and paid, it's no longer possible the cancel. After cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days. If your cancellation is after we send you the rug, than you have to return the rug within 14 days.
